KUALA LUMPUR, 11 Mei (Hrkh) - Mahkamah Tinggi Kuala Lumpur memutuskan Dato' Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin ialah Menteri Besar Perak yang sah.

Keputusan yang dinanti-nantikan dengan penuh debaran oleh seluruh rakyat Malaysia diumumkan Hakim Abdul Aziz Abd Rahim.

Menurut Abdul Aziz, Menteri Besar hanya boleh dipecat melalui undi tidak percaya di Dewan Undangan Negeri dan beliau merujuk keputusan mahkamah terhadap kes Dato' Stephen Kalong Ningkan.

Sementara itu permohonan peguam Zambry untuk menangguhkan keputusan tersebut bagi mengemukakan rayuan ditolak mahkamah.

Hakim Abdul Aziz dalam penghakiman yang dibacakan mulai jam 2.30 petang dan berakhir pada jam 2.50 petang tadi berpendapat, Sultan Perak sepatutnya menitahkan Dewan Undangan Negeri Perak bersidang bagi mengemukakan undi tidak percaya kepada Nizar selaku Menteri Besar.

Sambil merujuk kepada kes duluan (precedent) membabitkan Ketua Menteri Sarawak, Dato' Stephen Kalong Ningkan pada 1966, beliau berpendapat Menteri Besar baru tidak wajar dilantik selagi Menteri Besar sedia ada belum meletakkan jawatan.

Beliau juga berpuashati bahawa Nizar tidak pernah melepaskan jawatannya sebagai Menteri Besar Perak yang sah seperti didakwa para peguam Zambry.

Para peguam Nizar dalam penghujahan mereka sebelum ini menegaskan bahawa jika Nizar diisytiharkan sebagai Menteri Besar yang sah, beliau akan mendapatkan perkenan Sultan Perak untuk membubarkan Dun Perak bagi membolehkan pilihan raya negeri diadakan.

Pakatan Rakyat dan BN kini masing-masing mempunyai 28 kerusi di Dun Perak. Pada Pilihan Raya Umum ke-12 Mac 2008, PAS, DAP dan KeADILan yang kemudiannya membentuk Pakatan Rakyat memenangi 31 daripada 59 kerusi Dun Perak.

Bagaimanapun tiga Adun Pakatan Rakyat pada 4 Februari lalu telah mengisytiharkan diri sebagai calon Bebas dan menyokong BN selepas hilang secara misteri selama lima hari.

Nizar ketika ditemui pemberita berkata akan segera memohon menghadap Sultan Perak bagi memohon perkenan membubarkan Dun Perak dan membuka laluan kepada pilihan raya negeri bagi mendapatkan mandat baru rakyat. Nizar memfailkan kesnya 13 Februari lalu supaya mahkamah mengisytiharkan beliau sebagai Menteri Besar yang sah.
Beliau dilantik Menteri Besar pada 17 Mac 2008.

Bagaimanapun ekoran tindakan khianat tiga Adun Pakatan Rakyat itu, BN yang mendakwa mendapat majoriti di Dun Perak telah menghadap Sultan bagi membentuk kerajaan negeri.
Tidak memperkenankan permohonan Nizar untuk membubarkan Dun, Sultan Azlan Shah telah berkenan melantik Zambry sebagai Menteri Besar yang baru pada 6 Februari lalu.

Nizar dalam afidavitnya berkata, beliau masih Menteri Besar atas alasan tidak ada sebarang undi tidak percaya dibuat terhadapnya dalam Dun dan beliau juga tidak meletak jawatan.

Zambry diwakili peguam Datuk Cecil Abraham, Sunil Abraham dan Farah Shuhadah Razali. Peguam Negara, Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail bertindak sebagai pencelah.

Nizar diwakili Sulaiman Abdullah, Mohamed Hanipa Maidin dan beberapa peguam kanan.- tajdid.

HOW CAN WE HELP REALISE
BRUNEI DARUSSALAM VISION 2035

As Brunei citizens, we have to support wholeheartedly the desire of the Government of His Majesty to realize the Brunei Darussalam Vision 2035 which main objective is to maintain and raise up the standard of living of the rakyat, by providing them with high quality health care, sustainable development and stable socio-political atmosphere.

Before we proceed further, we should bear in mind that whatever the vision is, it has to go in line with our national philosophy – Melayu Islam Beraja (Malay Islamic Sultanate) or better known as MIB.

The importance of upholding the MIB philosophy is to ensure that the future generation enjoy the fruits of the vision while still firmly promoting the moral values prescribed by Islam. An ultra modern state, with hi-tech life style and super high per capita income, can not be considered a developed nation without moral values.

From this point of view, we have to stress that the rakyat especially our young children have to be crystal clear with the national philosophy so that they will not just absorb whatever technology available to them without considering the cultural values which symbolizes the uniqueness of our nation.

“Brunei Government must give its people confidence in the future, with Vision 2035, the government is safeguarding its assets for the next generation….” That’s part of His Majesty’s titah.

In order to make the people support and participate in pursuing the vision, we have to make an integrated effort to make the rakyat fully understand the projects and programmes stipulated in the blue prints. We have to be transparent to the rakyat, so that they will be willing to work hand in hand, in any field they can, with the Government to realize the vision.

His Majesty also stated that the Government is ambitious to provide the rakyat with a higher quality of life not only in the region but also in the world by 2035.

His Majesty also foresees the challenges to maintain or even raising the standard of living for the rakyat when the oil and gas are depleted considering the conservative estimate in about thirty years from now.

Since the studies have been done, plans have been devised and strategies are in place as stated by Awg Hj Mahrub bin Hj Murni, The Acting Director of Information Department, in what way can we help to speed up the realization of this vision or at least get all the programmes and projects mobilised?

Can the fourty thousand officers and staff of the public service working at twelve ministries and one hundred and six government agencies mobilize the progammes and projects? Let’s take for granted everybody is playing their individual role supporting the Government, can we realize this vision before or by 2035?

The answer is ‘Yes’. It is up to the Government and the rakyat to make the vision a reality. We should cultivate in the mindset of everyone whose allegiance is only to His Majesty and Brunei Darussalam, that this vision is the best gift for the rakyat.

The next step is to identify the setback that will delay the implementation of the programmes and the projects within the vision. The term, ‘Jam Melayu’ or Malay time, should be abolished totally.

Yes, procrastination is and will be our greatest enemy. As one expert said, lackadiasical attitude towards enforcement of discipline in the civil service is the major reason for the sluggish working of the Government machinery.

We have to address this bad habit and motivate those involved to coming into work early, reading regularly in their field, taking courses to improve their skills and focusing on high-value tasks so as to have enormous positive impact on their future.

On the other hand, we must emphasize to them that coming to work late and socializing with coworkers may seem fun and enjoyable in the short term, but inevitably it leads to lack of concentration, underachievement and frustration in the long run.

Everyone involved in pursuing this vision should be action-oriented. They should be able to be their own cheerleader so that they can focus on solution rather than the problem. They must always be optimistic and constructive.

Last but not least those involved must develop a sense of urgency so that they will move fast on the key tasks. A naysayers, pessimists and time wasters will not be able to participate in realizing this beautiful vision which will benefit the rakyat of Brunei Darussalam in the next generation.

Undeniably such a vision blended with the national philosophy will make Brunei Darussalam one of the best places to stay. Every one dreams to live in a place where the health care is superb, the people highly educated and respectful, the business environment condusive complemented by a stable socio-political atmosphere.

Let us support the vision which will make our future generation highly educated, informationalised, competitive and respectful.

Ada segelintir kaum suami mudah mencari perempuan lain kerana menganggap isteri mereka sudah tidak cantik, nampak tua, gemuk.. Tapi tahukan anda semua wahai kaum suami sebab-sebab yang menjadikan para wanita khususnya isteri & ibu cepat nampak tidak menarik di Mata anda? 1. Tahukah anda, jika Kita makan dengan perlahan Dan mengunyah makanan sehingga benar2 hancur, itu akan membantu proses penghadaman Kita, sekaligus mengelakkan Kita gemuk.. Bila x cukup tido, mulalah muka nampak letih Dan cepat nampak tua. Kedut2 pun mula wujud. Masa TU guna Total Effect ker, aper ker... Xkan nak hilangnya. Petua utk cantik kan Ada dua yang penting, minum air banyak & TIDUR SECUKUPNYA.

4. Dan bagi wanita yang berkerjaya, sudahlah penat bekerja utk membantu menambah pendapatan keluarga, bila balik rumah, semuanya dialah yang kena uruskan. Dengan perangai anak2, perangai bapaknya... Nak itu, nak ini.. So, wanita pun membebel, marah2... Dan bila marah2, banyak leter, so cepatlah jadi tua.. CARA MENGATASI HISTERIA

Kejadian histeria adalah fenomena yang sering berlaku di sekolah-sekolah berasrama penuh yang perlu diambil perhatian oleh pelbagai pihak di samping mengamalkan beberapa kaedah, amalan dan doa tertentu bagi mengatasi gejala terbabit.

Bagi menghindari kejadian histeria atau rasuk akibat gangguan makhluk halus berulang di kalangan para pelajar sekolah asrama mahupun orang awam, salah satu amalan dan petua yang sebaiknya diamalkan ialah Muawizat.

Muawizat adalah surah-surah yang terdiri daripada surah al-Ikhlas,al-Falaq dan an-Nas yang dibaca setiap hari baik sebelah pagi atau pada sebelah malam, selain hadis sahih Rasulullah s.a.w menyebut ayatul Qursi juga turut dibaca bagi menghindari kejahatan dan gangguan makhluk halus.

Demikian saranan Timbalan Mursyidul Am PAS, Dato' Dr Haron Din ketika diminta mengulas berhubung kejadian histeria di sekolah-sekolah yang terpaksa ditutup akibat kejadian Histeria.
Beliau turut menjelaskan beberapa punca yang menyebabkan terjadinya kerasukan di kalangan para pelajar antaranya ialah berlaku 'breakdown' pada perasaan atau jiwa seseorang disebabkan tekanan (tension) belajar yang terlalu tinggi di samping kelemahan seseorang mengalami emosi ketakutan yang bersangatan sehingga memudahkan gejala makhluk halus mengganggu hingga terjadinya histeria.

"Ketakburan juga boleh menyebabkan histeria iaitu berani yang terlampau sehingga mengganggu atau mencabar tempat-tempat yang dipercayai ada makhluk halus," katanya yang kini berada di Langkawi ketika dihubungi Harakahdaily sebentar tadi.
"Selain itu, akibat manusia yang menceroboh kawasan 'mereka' hingga mereka datang 'membalas' pula.

"Dan fenomena ini tidak hanya berlaku di sekolah-sekolah agama, sekolah biasa atau berasrama penuh sahaja tetapi juga banyak terjadi di kilang-kilang serta tempat orang berkenduri kendara," kata pengamal perubatan Islam itu.
'Pindahkan' makhluk halus ke kawasan lain

Ini menjelaskan lagi katanya bahawa dunia ini tidak didiami oleh manusia sahaja malah turut dihuni oleh makhluk-mahkluk lain juga yang dikenali dengan pelbagai nama dan oleh yang demikian manusia sewajarnya tidak sewenang-wenangnya menceroboh kawasan 'mereka' atau lebih baik lagi berdoa kepada Allah SWT supaya dihindari dari gangguan jin syaitan mahupun makhluk halus.

"Sebaik-baiknya sebelum buat bangunan atau sekolah di satu-satu kawasan, perlu berdoa terlebih dahulu supaya dilindungi ataupun 'memindahkan' makhluk tersebut ke kawasan yang lain," katanya.

Beliau turut menjelaskan bahawa Rasullulah juga turut berdoa kepada Allah agar dilindungi daripada diganggu oleh makhluk yang mendiami alam ghaib ini.
Doa tersebut katanya berbunyi begini: "Wahai bumi, tuhanku dan tuhanmu sama iaitu Allah, aku mohon perlindungan Allah daripada kejahatanmu dan kejahatan yang keluar darimu, dan kejahatan yang turun atasmu, kejahatan yang melata atasmu seperti binatang berbisa dan mahkluk halus yang mendiami tempat ini serta keturunan-keturunan mereka."
Sebelum itu, Mufti Selangor, Dato' Mohd Tamyes Abd Wahid, yang turut mengulas kejadian terbabit dilaporkan berkata bahawa apabila seseorang takut kepada syaitan dan makhluk halus seperti jin, ia hanya akan menyebabkan makhluk itu semakin bongkak.
Jangan tinggal solat

"Kita ambil contoh, kadang-kadang pelajar yang tinggal di asrama, khususnya pelajar perempuan, sering ditakut-takutkan dengan kewujudan 'penunggu' di bilik air dan disuruh berhati-hati sehingga akhirnya mereka percaya," katanya.
Sehubungan itu, beliau menasihatkan pelajar di sekolah berkenaan tidak meninggalkan solat dan menjaga disiplin dan apabila seseorang meninggalkan solat, amat mudah syaitan mengganggu menyebabkan kejadian seperti histeria.

Mohd Tamyes yang mempunyai pandangan yang sama dengan Haron Din berkata, mahkluk halus seperti jin berada di sekeliling manusia, cuma ia tidak dapat dilihat dengan mata kasar.
Seperti manusia, katanya, ia memiliki tempat tinggal dan selalunya menghuni rumah yang ditinggalkan kosong.

"Semua pelajar perlu berhati-hati dan mempunyai kekuatan diri supaya tidak mudah dirasuk serta tidak mudah takut dengan gangguan syaitan dan iblis,katanya - azm

Ratusan ribu lagi melarikan diri ke Thailand, Bangladesh dan ke negara kita, tetapi nasib mereka bagaikan lari daripada mulut harimau masuk ke mulut buaya.
Orang Rohingya bukanlah satu-satunya kumpulan minoriti Islam yang menerima nasib sedemikian rupa. Orang Kashmir, orang Melayu Thailand, orang Moro di selatan Filipina, penduduk Xinjiang (China), Muslim India dan orang Chechen (di Rusia) menghadapi tekanan paling hebat; sebahagiannya disebabkan mereka beriltizam mengekalkan cara hidup Muslim.
Berdasarkan perkembangan semasa, umat Islam sewajarnya tidak lagi menaruh harapan sepenuhnya kepada pertubuhan sejagat antarabangsa seperti Pertubuhan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu (PBB) dan kuasa besar dunia seperti Amerika Syarikat untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mereka. Banyak contoh menunjukkan bahawa pertubuhan dan kuasa dunia tidak memandang sebelah mata kepada permasalahan ummah sebaliknya segera bertindak dalam isu membabitkan orang bukan Islam.
Ambil contoh nasib orang Moro dan Timor Timur. Konflik di Moro sudah berlarutan berdekad-dekad, pertubuhan antarabangsa tidak mengambil peduli akan nasib orang Islam di sana tetapi dalam konflik Timor Timur yang kebanyakan penduduknya beragama Kristian, PBB dengan segera mengusahakan gencatan senjata, seterusnya referendum yang membawa kemerdekaan wilayah itu yang kini dikenali sebagai Timor Leste daripada Indonesia.
Kemudian dalam perubahan tampuk kekuasaan Presiden Amerika kepada seorang tokoh kulit hitam yang digelar warga dunia, Barack Obama mulai 20 Januari lalu; dunia Islam bukan disantuni sebaliknya dikenakan tekanan lebih hebat. Amerika di bawah Obama telah melancarkan beberapa siri serangan udara di sempadan Pakistan-Afghanistan menyebabkan sejumlah orang awam terbunuh manakala laporan terbaru menyebut Washington akan menghantar 17,000 askar tambahan ke Afghanistan.
Demikianlah betapa pergantungan kepada kuasa kufar dan pertubuhan antarabangsa yang dikuasai mereka tidak membantu kesejahteraan ummah. Umat Islam perlu keluar daripada kepompong pergantungan ini tetapi persoalannya bagaimana? Apakah mereka boleh menyandarkan harapan kepada saudara seIslam mereka dari negara-negara Islam dan juga organisasi yang memayunginya iaitu Pertubuhan Persidangan Islam (OIC)?
Jawapannya tetap kabur kerana negara umat Islam malah OIC berterusan membisu dalam hal-hal membabitkan penganiayaan terhadap umat Islam sejagat. Sebagai contoh ketika konflik Bosnia, Chechen, Kashmir, Iraq, Afghanistan dan terkini di Palestin dan Myanmar di manakah OIC dan pemimpin negara umat Islam? Ertinya pemimpin dan umat Islam bernafsu-nafsi dalam tindak-tanduk mereka, semuanya berpunca daripada ketidaksediaan mereka mengikut peraturan hidup termasuk hukum-hakam yang sudah termaktub dalam al-Quran dan hadis Rasul yang membawa rahmat kepada sekalian alam, apatah lagi ummah.
Negara umat Islam hari ini adalah jelmaan pecah dan perintah kuasa Barat. Sedangkan Islam mengajarkan umat Islam adalah bersaudara, mereka tidak dapat dipisahkan oleh sempadan. Mereka ibarat satu tubuh; jika sakit satu anggota maka sakitlah seluruh badan. Semua panduan untuk berjaya di dunia dan akhirat terkandung dalam al-Quran, malangnya umat keberatan mengikutinya. Oleh kerana itu mereka berpecah-belah; dan selagi tidak kembali kepada al-Quran selagi itu mereka dihina bukan saja oleh kuasa besar dunia tetapi juga rejim pariah seperti Yangon dan Tel Aviv.
