The relevant Authority should be very strict with the toilet condition in the restaurants. I have seen restaurants with dirty toilets. Please check for yourself the public toilets at the food stalls at the heart of Bandar Seri Begawan. For high-class toilet maintenance, I would say, BSP is the best. No wonder they are very stringent with their HSE requirements. Congrats!!!!
